About Delhi University
DU Admission 2018: University Delhi (DU), is a collegiate public relevant college, placed in New Delhi, India. It comes into existence in 1922 by way of an Act of the imperative Legislative meeting. As a collegiate university, its essential features are divided between the instructional departments of the college and affiliated schools. together with three schools, faculties, and 750 students at its founding, the University of Delhi has since come to be India's biggest organization of higher studying and amongst the largest inside the global. NOTE: Entrance Exam for UG courses will be held only for BMS, B.A(Hons), BBA(Financial Investment Analysis), B.Tech(IT & Mathematics Innovations), B.A(Hons) Humanity & Social Science, B.El.ED, BSc(Physical education, health education & sports), and BA(Multimedia & mass communication).
Eligibility Criteria:
The following are the eligibility criteria for DU Admission 2018:
- Candidates who are willing to take admission in undergraduate programs should have passed 12th with 75% including 85% in English (for general category).
- Minimum 60 % in four subjects, including mathematics ( for General), 54% for OBC, 57% for PWD/ CW category and passing marks for SC/ST.
- Candidates who are willing to do PG course must have a graduate degree. For BSc, minimum 60% in graduation will be needed(50% for BSc (Hons)).
- No minimum age limit for PG courses, except for courses regulates by bodies such as MCI, DCI, BCI, AICTE & NCTE.
How to Apply
- Go to the Application form.
- Fill your Personal and qualification details.
- Candidates have to upload a scanned copy of their photograph, 10th, 12th, Category certificate and any other relevant certificate (if necessary).
- Pay application fee through online mode.
- After that take out the print of your application form for further reference.
Application Form for DU Admission-2018
From the 2nd week of May 2018, the application form will be available on Delhi University website. Registration will be done through online mode only. Candidates have to submit separate application fee for each course. Candidates can apply for more than one course. Candidates have to fill their details, like, Name, address, qualification etc in the application form.
Application Fee for DU admission-2018
The fee can be submitted through online mode only for UG and PG course. The Application Fee for the Entrance test is based on the course selected by the student.
Below is the fee structure for a different course for DU Admission 2018:

The application fee is refundable.
Delhi University Exam Pattern 2018
The examination pattern is different according to the course. For each course, there will be different question paper.
- OMR sheet will be provided and candidates have to request mark their answer on it.
- For each course, there will be separate subjects from which the questions will be asked.
- The question will be objective type for both UG and PG.
- The duration of examination will be 2 hours.
- For UG courses, 4 marks will be credited to each correct answer.
- There is a negative marking for UG courses. 4 marks for each correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer
Documents Required at the time of Admission
Candidates will be required to produce the following documents in original with two sets of self-attested photocopies at the time of admission.
- Class 10th and 12th Passing Certificate ( for admission in UG).
- Class 10th and 12th and Graduation certificate. (for admission in PG ).
- Character Certificate (recent).
- SC/ST Certificate.
- OBC (Non- Creamy Layer) Certificate.
- At least two passport size self-attested photograph.
